Ownership of each Bitcoin ATM is distributed across a finite number of representative tokens. Based on token share, owners can collect revenue from transaction fees generate by the BATMs owned by the Series LLC, and vote on key business decisions.
LLC OWNED
Bitcoin ATMs can’t directly be tokenized, but legal entities can. Each group of Bitcoin ATMs in a Series is owned by a Series Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). Each Series LLC is tokenized to specific $BATM Tokens and made available for purchase.
BATM MANAGEMENT
BATM Invest has a manager managing the Bitcoin ATM & P.O.S route on $BATM Token owners behalf. The route manager sources locations, services the machines and handles all customer service, so the diverse group of $BATM Token owners don’t have to.
Our Asset Tokenization Corporate Structure
BATM Invest was formed as a Series LLC which is a unique form of limited liability company (“LLC”) in which the articles of formation specifically allow for unlimited segregation of membership interests, assets, and operations into independent Series. Each series operates like a separate entity with a unique name, bank account, and separate books and records. A Series LLC may have different members and managers in each Series and each Series may enter into contracts and hold title to real property.

Each BATM Invest Series LLC will be Tokenized and trade under the symbol $BATM. As The Worlds First Tokenized BATM, owners of the Token will have rights to the revenue generated (transactions fees) from a group of 10 Bitcoin ATMs. The Series Manager will service and maintain the Bitcoin ATMs in a specific geographical region.
